A Vibration Controller receives vibration signals from accelerometer(s) attached to the Shaker/Vibrator. It compares these actual, measured accelerations to the desired accelerations defined by the test specification profile.
Real-time adjustments are made to the output signal, which is fed to the Amplifier driving the Vibrator.
This iterative process maintains the fidelity of the table vibrations throughout the test, regardless of system non-linearities, temperature changes, system drift, DUT resonances, etc.
LDS offers two distinct hardware platforms (COMET and LASER), and two levels of software (the Engineering-oriented Premier level & the more basic, production-oriented Value level).
Thus we have a variety of configurations at different price-points to meet your budget & technical objectives. Each controller offers...
* easy USB interface to host PC
* test setup wizards
* integral ICP signal conditioning
* modular hardware & software
* Microsoft Word integration for results reporting
